1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services and memberships offered by Horses of the Forest Coaching (Dalia Muth).

2. Contract Conclusion

By clicking the "Request Booking" button on the website, the client makes a binding offer to conclude a coaching contract. The contract is concluded when the provider confirms the booking by email.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a session is cancelled late or the client does not show up, the full fee may be charged.

4. Liability

Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. The client is responsible for their own physical and mental health during the sessions.

1. Geltungsbereich

Diese Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Coaching-Leistungen und Mitgliedschaften von Horses of the Forest Coaching (Dalia Muth).

2. Vertragsschluss

Mit dem Anklicken des Buttons "Jetzt buchen" auf der Webseite gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot zum Abschluss eines Coaching-Vertrages ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn der Anbieter die Buchung per E-Mail bestätigt.

3. Stornierungsbedingungen

Absagen müssen mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin erfolgen. Bei verspäteter Absage oder Nichterscheinen kann das volle Honorar in Rechnung gestellt werden.

4. Haftung

Das Coaching ersetzt keine medizinische oder psychologische Behandlung. Der Kunde ist für seine physische und psychische Gesundheit während der Sitzungen selbst verantwortlich.
